Veterans Life Changing Services is a transitioning Veterans' program of Veterans Changing Services, a 501c3 organization; located at 501 West Ridge Road, Gary, IN. VLCS is a member of the Continuum of Care, Regional 1A of Northwest Indiana. It is specifically designed to assist Northwest Indiana and Illinois service men and women in their transition back into civilian life; but yet open to all Veterans geographically.
